setec acquires Sealand Projects and strengthens its position in the marine engineering sector setec, a multidisciplinary engineering group, announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Sealand Projects, a UK engineering company founded in 2007 by two engineers, Miles Jones and Nigel Danhash. This strategic acquisition strengthens setec’s position and ambition in the offshore wind and marine engineering sector. This acquisition will allow setec not only to expand its service portfolio and offer its customers robust and proven solutions in the maritime sector, but also to strengthen its presence in the United Kingdom and Northern European market.

Graeme MacDougall and the Sealand Projects Ltd teams warmly welcomed the setec Group delegation that travelled to Aberdeen on the 14th of April.
High on the agenda was the signing ceremony for the acquisition of Sealand Projects by the Setec Group and a meeting between the entire Sealand team and Michel Kahan, Valérie Bernhardt, Pascal Ochoa and Grant Jones.
This meeting was an opportunity to share our great enthusiasm for our future collaboration, particularly in the field of offshore wind power, whether for projects in Scotland, France or elsewhere in the world.
The arrival of Sealand certainly promises numerous synergies between the Group’s diverse areas of expertise.
We would like to welcome our colleagues from Sealand to the Setec Group and thank you again for the warm welcome you gave us yesterday!
